Developed a custom automation pipeline to instantly route new subscriber data from the main platform directly into the sales team's Google Sheets.
The Challenge
The client was manually exporting CSV files every day and sending them to the sales team. This manual process led to severe data loss and slow response times, resulting in lost leads.
The Solution
Set up a secure webhook endpoint that catches subscription payloads in real-time, sanitizes the data, and pushes it to Google Sheets instantly via API. Added fail-safes and error logging to ensure zero data drops during traffic spikes.
